REFUND UP TO 1 WEEK AFTER PURCHASE You have one week from receipt of your order to notify us about your return request. We charge a 25% restocking fee for all returns because all prints are custom made per order. To return a photograph, please contact us by email and we'll outline the procedure. Please take care to check that the photograph is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once we have received your return, you will be reimbursed for your order minus 25%. We do not pay for the cost of return shipping. If you prefer, you may exchange your print for a print of equal or lesser value, and we'll reduce the restocking fee to 10%. Having said all this, please know that a lot of care goes into the making of our photographs, and we're committed to your satisfaction.
